An integrated Dance and Fitness class that moves to infectious African, Latin, Caribbean and Hip-Hop rhythms. A complete workout - practical and fun


Learn easy to follow dance moves in an aerobic format to a variety of R&B, smooth Jazz and Latin dance hits from the past and present. We'll complete our workout with a Pilates based core strengthening and a full body stretch.  Feel good all over - inside and out.

All Levels (Begin ~ Intermed)): everyone welcome...the basics and beyond.
