This is a freeing style of yoga, emphasizing deep breathing as poses (asanas) flow into each other – almost as a dance.  Great care is taken to assure that the student maintains full control of his/her body while moving through the practice.

Matt Nadler, tailors his classes to bring each student to his/her growing edge. Based on principles of being present and honoring one’s individual strengths and limitations, this class offers possibilities of increased balance, health, well-being, and transformation.

 

Practicing this form of yoga in the morning will strengthen, awaken and energize you for the rest of the day.
