This class is a powerful meditative practice. The poses flow together connected by Vinyasa, breath and movement. This strong intentional practice will invigorate your body and renew your spirit.
Throughout 2010 Michele’s last Thursday class at 9:30 is a benefit class. All proceeds will be donated to a charity suggested by the students in the class throughout the month. Please join us in community as we give back to our larger community to those in need.
