From standing to floor, and from the inside out, your center will be challenged in unique ways intended to benefit the way you stand and move every day.  We strengthen the superficial and deep core muscles using a creative mix of training techniques, including aspects of ‘grunt-style’ athletics, and also the more focused and challengingly slow methods from yoga and Pilates.  Options are provided to suit many circumstances and fitness levels, and content will vary week to week to keep the workout fresh and challenging for every participant.  Equipment is provided at the studio, so just come to class in comfortable clothing ready to move!  Shoes optional.
